Comments, Compliments & Complaints Regarding Employee Conduct
The St. John Police Department values community feedback regarding the performance of our officers and staff. Commendations are always shared with employees to recognize their excellent service. We also take allegations of misconduct seriously and investigate all complaints thoroughly.

Complaints can be submitted in the following ways:
In Person: Contact the on-duty Shift Supervisor at the St. John Police Department.
By Telephone: Call 314-427-8700, ext. 5. For after hours, call the St. Louis County Dispatcher at 636-529-8210 (non-emergency number) and request to speak with the on-duty supervisor.
